WCC-87flame retardant epoxy resin casting compoundis a new

Excellent processing properties,lowviscosity.
Long pot life.At 35℃,35g compounds(A+B),theduration of time
finishing the mixing to theviscosity becoming twice as much
asorigin—Pot life is more than 3.5hr.

4.Usageprocess
Before using,major agent is heated to55℃,sufficiently stirred,in
order thatpartial precipitate is dispersed into resin.
Vacuum deaerate for 1h to remove bubble.
Casting:Adjust the measure toappropriate,as soon as perform the
castingoperation.
Curing:Curring carry out under given curingcondition,open fan for
heater,to internaltemperature is homogeneous.
5.Application note
After every time usage operation finish,allappliance should be
cleaned using acetone oralcohol,which contacted with resin.
Remainder in using major agent and curingagent(not mixed) should
closely lidded withcover.
Operation environment should pay attentionto keep dry and
ventilate.
This product is a non-flammable,non-explosive,andnon-corrosive
goods.Flash point(COC)is morethan 100℃.
Storage:At 25℃ dry place for 1 year.
