ALL-PURPOSE” ADHESIVE
TheAll-Purpose” adhesive is based on theanalysis and research for domastic epoxyadhesive, carried out with that seriousscreening of formula and technologyresearch.This product has good compositephysics-chemical and mechanical properties ,through the properties were measured. It iscomposed of the specific epoxy resin andbisphenol.A epoxy resin as binder,resinmodified amines as main curing agent,and addinto plasticity agent,toughner,couplingagent,and composite fillers.The rawmaterials is selected seriously,theproduction technology is ripe,it is easy tocarry about due to soft tube package,simpleand convenient to use ,and has thecharacteristics of long shelf life,at roomtemperature curing,bonding firmly,as wellbumble poisonous etc.
At room temperature,after(25℃) curing for 1day ,the bonding shear strength of this hardlead (LY 120Z) test panels,weich is morethan 150kg/cm2.If using middle temperature60℃ to 150℃ curing,the resulting propertiescan be more superior,good resistance toageing,water,oil,and organic solent.It issuitable for the bonding and repairingbetween various metal and most ofnonmetal,can also be used in non-dismountbonding surface as bonding seal and the stopup leak.It is widely used in various respectof armament,shipping,machines tooleguipment,vehicle,farm machinery,instrumentand apparatus,building,basic commodities,andfurniture etc.
Using method
1.Bonded surface
The washing of grease stain and impurity forbonding surface has affected the bondingproperties to a utmost extent.Before coatingadhesive,hence it should remove the rustyspots and grease stain,and is ground by sandpaper,then the grease of surface is removedby acetone or petrol,for high strengthspecific requirement article,the surfaceshould be cleaned by chemical treatment.
2.Coating adhesive
According to actual requirement,the samevolume component is extruded respectivelyfrom tube A and B,at cleaned non-waterabsorption panel,the two components aremixed by scraping knife to fullyuniform,then it is coated at bondedsurface,after it is closured and pressuredtightly,at normal temperature for 3-4hors,it may be cured primary.
